- Unused and Unopened Items: Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. We accept returns for any reason, provided the item meets this criteria.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, custom-made artwork, digital downloads, and sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@unicornartist.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll review and approve your return request within 2 business days.
- Return Shipping: All return postage must be paid by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items (as noted above). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

United States - Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refund Amount: We’ll refund the original purchase price of the item(s) to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense (unless we cover it for defects).
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
- Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, let us know during your return request. We’ll send the replacement item once the original is received, at no extra shipping cost to you.

- International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for all duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
- Lost or Delayed Returns: UnicornArtist.com is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. We suggest insuring your package.
